Dr Jeffrey S. Bland. In his 28th year of educational excellence, Jeffrey S. Bland PhD is internationally respected for his ground-breaking work in Nutrigenomics and nutritional biochemistry, applied clinical nutrition and functional medicine. Dr Bland received his PhD from the University of Oregon in 1971 and served as a professor of chemistry at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington for 13 years. He also served as a Senior Research Scientist at the Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine and directed the Bellevue-Redmond Medical Laboratory in Washington State.
He is the author of over 150 papers and five books on nutrition and its relationship to health and disease. |

Christine Perry has worked for a number of years as a Freelance Nutritional Therapist for Nutri and has lectured extensively on Nutri and Genova products and services, as well as using them regularly with her patients at her nutritional practice in Dorset. Christine also plays a fundamental role in the training of nutrition students through her demanding position as Clinical Director at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, where she studied and has worked for 9 years. Christine is currently the Nutritional Therapy Programme Leader with Premier International and is assisting in re-designing the Distance Learning Nutrition Course as well as teaching the students the Clinical Skills Module. Christine has also been accepted by the Nuffield Proactive group as one of their therapists to whom they are referring patients for nutritional advice. |
