30 Day Hormone Challenge Programme
This spring, Nutri will be running yet another innovative programme.  This time we're looking at estrogen imbalance and what can occur in both sexes when this critical sex hormone becomes dominant.  It's easy to assume that excess estrogen only affects women, as the risks of endometriosis and uterine fibroids are widely known, but estrogen dominance has also been linked to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and testicular cancer.  If followed correctly, we hope that practitioners will learn how to successfully support healthy estrogen metabolism in all clients.  More info coming soon!
